Starters

Chilled melon, mandarin and pineapple platter (v)

Smoked salmon and asparagus tower with lemon salad

Vegetable samosa with mild curry sauce and long grain rice (v)

Cajun style chicken winglets with salsa dressing

Pasta shells in bolognaise sauce served with ciabatta wedge

Lentil and vegetable soup (v)

Cream of mushroom soup (v)

Main Courses

Roast chicken breast with bacon roll, savoury stuffing and meat juice gravy

Barbecued loin of pork with Madeira sauce

Oven baked cod with a herb and breadcrumb crust served with a whitewine sauce

Cannelloni Verdi with ricotta cheese filling served with tomato and basil sauce

Vichy carrots, buttered Brussels sprouts, new boiled potatoes, parmentier potatoes

As an alternative to your main course we are offering a freshly prepared salad of tuna, cheese, ham, beef or turkey which you can order with your food service assistant
