Salmon mayonnaise with lemon salad

Pasta shapes in a creamy garlic and basil sauce

Fan of Galia melon with kiwi fruit, strawberry and peach coulis

Vegetable spring rolls served with sweet and sour sauce (v)

Leek and potato soup (V)

Cream of tomato and basil soup

Main Courses

Roast Fylde turkey served with chipolata sausage cranberry relish and meat juice gravy

Braised beef in a red wine and mushroom sauce

Deep fried fillet of plaice with lemon and tartare sauce

Vegetable curry Madras with long grain rice (v)

Buttered cabbage, buttered peas with sweetcorn, new boiled potatoes, roast potatoes

As an alternative to your main course we are offering a freshly prepared salad of tuna, cheese, ham, beef or turkey which you can order with your food service assistant
