Summer & Illumination Weekend and Midweek Breaks
Always have an enjoyable stay, never want to go home. Staff really good ‘Fantastic’. Lots to do for all ages. Never saw the children, as they were always in The Base kids club. Really loved cake-making, mask making. All adults very relaxed as children well catered for!

Illumination Breaks
Deemed the ‘greatest free show on earth’, the 2010 Blackpool illuminations will no doubt be more spectacular than ever! With the Switch-On due to take place on the newly built promenade opposite the Tower, people attending the show this year will, for the first time, actually be able to see the Illuminations light up! This year Real Radio will announce the name of the mystery celebrity who will be flicking the famous switch to mark the start of the Blackpool Illuminations; who will it be this year?!
Blackpool tourism, along with Real Radio will also be broadcasting a free live concert to mark the start of the Big Switch-On Weekend, with top name acts and the all important celebrity switcher! We hope that thousands of fans of this celebrity, and of Blackpool, will join us in celebrating the fabulous Illumination season.
